1馄饨最好是自己包的,这样肉多,包好放冰箱冷藏

2锅里倒油烧热,再倒入冷藏后的馄饨油里炸,颜色炸至金黄色捞出放盘子备用

3再把准备好的茄子也放油里炸过一遍,捞起备用

4把锅里油倒出剩一点,然后再倒入事先准备好的大蒜末和葱白,翻炒几下把炸好的茄子倒进去接着翻炒几下,再倒进肉丝末继续翻炒,再把炸好的馄饨倒进去翻炒,最后勾芡好的淀粉均匀淋上翻炒几下即可出锅了
