This dish is a light fresh dish with very healthy ingredients so not only is it delicious and great in combination with meat dishes it’s also really healthy for the whole family.

原料

蒜薹 400g, 木耳 50g, 鸡蛋 2个, 生抽酱油 1茶勺, 老抽酱油 1茶勺, 葱、姜 适量, 油、盐 适量

步骤

1准备食材

2鸡蛋炒熟备用,淹好的肉炒熟备用。

3中火炒锅倒入油把葱、姜煸炒出香味后加入蒜薹炒出香味后加入木耳,加酱油和盐调味。

4加入鸡蛋翻炒均匀后就可以出锅了,出锅前尝尝味道。
