Baked egg

原料

橄榄油: 1大勺, 小个子洋葱: 2个, 红酒醋: 1小勺, 红甜椒: 3个, 香肠: 50克, 番茄: 400克, 蒜: 2瓣, 鸡蛋: 4个, 香葱: 一些

步骤

1烤箱预热170度。洋葱切碎。红椒切小块。番茄切大块。香肠切小块。香葱切碎。备用。

2平底锅中加热橄榄油,放入洋葱炒软(约5分钟),加红酒醋,红甜椒,香肠,混合翻炒5-10分钟。

3舀入烤盘中,加番茄,蒜和香葱,稍稍混合均匀。如果平底锅是可进烤箱的,就不用再准备另外的烤盘。放入烤箱烘烤约10分钟。取出,小心烫,先加蛋清,烤6分钟,再将蛋黄加到蛋白,再烤几分钟到你喜欢的蛋黄状态即可上桌。 配上面包,作为早餐很不错。颜色鲜艳有食欲,营养丰富全面。
