Vieiras en salsa de cava(scallops with cava sauce)

原料

扇贝(去壳): 20个, 黄油: 60g, 红葱头切碎: 2tbs, Cava(或用白葡萄酒代替): 375ml, 淡奶油: 250ml, 柠檬汁: 3tbs, 欧芹碎: 1tbs

步骤

1锅中融化黄油,放入扇贝肉,两面各煎1min。取出扇贝

2锅中加入红葱头,直至软化。加入cava煮6mins。

3加入淡奶油煮10mins(呈sauce状)。加入柠檬汁,调味。

4扇贝肉放回3。撒上欧芹碎。
