【酸辣笋丝 – 下饭菜 饭遭殃之二】                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                 今天在超市发现有袋装笋丝,想起以前在贵州餐厅有名的酸辣笋丝,又酸又辣,相当下饭。买上一袋,回家自己做个试试吧。                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                               搭配海米椒和上海白米醋,炒出来那是酸中有辣,辣里透著酸,让人欲罢不能,最后发现米饭蒸少了。                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                               想增加食欲,解馋解辣的朋友,一定要试试哦~                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                记得,米饭要多蒸点啊,嘿嘿……

原料

袋装笋丝 400g, 小条嫩里嵴 半条, 干辣椒丝, 海米椒, 上海白米醋, 葱姜蒜, 盐, 鸡精

步骤

1先沥去笋丝塑料袋中的水,用清水淘洗2次笋丝;

2倒入干辣椒丝、海米椒、葱姜蒜爆香,然后倒入笋丝翻炒;

3最后调入白醋、盐、鸡精,如果喜欢辣味,可加入泡海米椒的水适量,味道更佳。
