原料
雞胗, 雞心, 雞肝, 黃飛鴻麻辣花生, 青椒, 胡蘿蔔, 干紅辣椒 一個, 糖, 鹽, 味精, 料酒, 醬油, 水澱粉, 胡椒粉
步驟
1雞心洗凈,對半切開,然後衝去雞心裡邊的血水

4將切好的雞雜放盆中,加少許白鬍椒粉,料酒,水澱粉抓勻腌一下

5青椒切片,胡蘿蔔也切成片備用

6干紅辣椒剪成小段,姜切絲,蒜拍破切成蒜粒

7準備一個小碗,放白糖,味精 鹽,醬油,加一點清水,然後放少許水澱粉兌成芡汁備用

8鍋內放油,油微熱後放辣椒和薑絲蒜末炒出香味
