步驟
1蔓越莓干,熱水,細砂糖,覆盆子酒一起放入鍋中加熱,待蔓越莓干膨脹變軟時,開大火將水分收干,放涼備用

2黃油在室溫下軟化,用橡皮刮刀拌順滑,分3次加入煉乳,用電動打蛋器打到顏色發白,膨脹,呈現厚質地的乳膏狀
