去骨去皮雞胸肉1副、牛奶20g、蒜泥1顆量、洋蔥泥20g、太白粉1小匙、塩1/2小匙、糖1小匙, 炸漿:低筋麵粉40g、玉米粉40g、太白粉30g、塩少許、泡打粉3g、水130~140g
