1做法: 1) 排骨先汆燙一下, 芝麻先白鍋炒一下, 醬汁先調好 2) 下蒜米姜爆炒排骨, 加入調味料炒均勻 3) 加入水分,煮滾, 轉小火燜半個小時, 水分不夠可以再加 4) 燜至汁液收濃, 撒上芝麻就可以了
