做法:
1) 準備一個不鏽鋼碗,下面放一盆冰水。把300毫升的鮮奶油倒入不鏽鋼碗,然後打發至硬。
2) 把牛奶焦糖醬和100毫升的鮮奶油混合在一個碗里,用電動打蛋器以低速打至混合。
3) 將打發的鮮奶油拌入牛奶焦糖醬混合液里。
4) 把雪糕混合液倒入冷凍用的容器里,放入冰箱冷凍至少8小時或隔夜

Method:
1) Prepare a stainless steel bowl over ice water bath. Place 300ml of whipping cream in the bowl and beat until stiff peaks form.
2) Place Dulce de leche into a mixing bowl, pour in 100ml of whipping cream. Using a hand mixer, beat on low speed until well combined.
3) Fold in the whipped cream into Dulce de leche mixture.
4) Pour the mixture into a freezer safe container and freeze for at least 8 hours or overnight.
