原料
淡奶油 140克, 蘆薈 一袋, 蛋撻皮 9個, 牛奶 110克, 白糖 30克, 蛋黃 2個, 低粉 10克
步驟
1將淡奶油、牛奶、白糖放在小鍋里,用小火加熱,邊加熱邊攪拌,至白糖溶化離火,放涼

2把低粉過篩,加入(1)中

3加入蛋黃,拌勻

4然後用篩子將製成的蛋撻水過濾

5將蛋撻皮放烤盤裡

6將蘆薈塊放裡面,一個撻皮裡面放四—5塊蘆薈就可以了

7過濾好的蛋撻水倒入放有蘆薈塊的撻皮中

8烤箱預熱,220度放倒數第二層,20分鐘左右即可。(喜歡錶面有焦點的,最後5分鐘可把烤盤上移到中層烤。)
