小技巧
1.臘腸可以事先蒸一下,5-8分鐘,這樣再炒不會很乾 2.杏鮑菇可以開水焯一下,炒的時候會快一點 3.我用的是電磁灶所以關了電源後依舊會很熱,習慣了關電源後炒菜再放鹽和調味料
