5鍋里倒點油,不用太多,讓鍋塗上薄薄的一層就行,把包好的鍋貼挨個放進去,先不開火,邊包邊放,等都碼放完了再開火

6大火加熱後改中小火,要注意別燒糊了,掌握好火候

7燒到底皮焦黃,在鍋貼上灑上半碗水,每個都澆上水,然後蓋上鍋蓋燜5分鐘
