原料
肉(最好是五花,家裡沒有我就用的瘦肉): 喜歡吃肉就多加點, 黃瓜: 一根, 胡蘿蔔: 半根, 土豆: 一個, 韓國淳醬: 3大匙, 拉麵: 100g, 洋蔥: 小一點就一個,大就半個, 姜,蒜: 少許, 糖,鹽,醬油: 少許?

2肉切丁。如果是五花肉直接撒一點鹽抓勻就好,我用的全是瘦的,所以加了一點澱粉和鹽一起抓勻,放一邊腌制一會

3胡蘿蔔,洋蔥,土豆切丁。土豆和胡蘿蔔切的小一點,不然不好熟

4蒜切碎,姜磨成末(因為超級討厭吃到姜塊,但是味道還是要有的)

5淳醬放到碗里,加水調稀

6黃瓜切絲備用

7鍋中放油,油熱放姜蒜爆香

8放肉,炒至基本都變色加入洋蔥,(如果是五花肉就少放點油,多煎一會在放洋蔥)

9將洋蔥超軟後加入切丁的配菜,淋上少許醬油,翻炒至蔬菜斷生,最好是土豆基本用鏟子能切斷

10加入淳醬和一勺糖,拌勻

13起鍋煮麵,稍稍多煮一會

14煮好的面過涼水,瀝干放入碗中
