原料
棉花糖 160g, 小餅乾 170g, 蔓越莓 60g, 黃油 60g, 杏仁 60g, 全脂奶粉 50g:
步驟
1一、把所有的食材稱好分量準備好

2二、將黃油放進不粘鍋小火融化

3三、待黃油全部融化後放入棉花糖

4四、繼續用小火慢慢融化棉花糖,用矽膠鏟慢慢攪拌,如圖狀就好了

5五、將蔓越莓、杏仁、小餅乾放入融化的棉花糖溶液里,用矽膠鏟攪拌均勻,再放入奶粉,繼續攪拌,不要太用力,否則餅乾會碎的

6六、攪拌均勻後,盛到一個不粘的托盤裡,按壓整形

7七、整形後再撒上少許奶粉,有雪花的感覺了
