150g軟化的黃油和30g糖粉倒入打蛋盆中

7烤箱開上下火150度預熱10分鐘,放入餅乾烘烤15分鐘左右拿出晾涼

8150g糖粉和30g蛋清倒入打蛋盆中

9低速打至融合,再開中速打至發白,滴入幾滴檸檬汁繼續,直到提起打蛋器糖霜能很慢的流下
