雞蛋: 4隻, 低筋麵粉: 60克, 玉米常定粉: 20克, 牛奶: 50克, 糖: 60, 玉米油: 40克, 鹽: 少許, 白醋: 少許, 生粉: 少許, 糖: 15克
步驟
1雞蛋分開蛋清,蛋白,將蛋白加入鹽,白醋,生粉中速打發片刻將60克糖分三次加入打發至雪糕狀

2將牛奶,油,另15克的糖攪至混合溶解
