原料
低粉: 100克, 黃油: 65克, 煮熟的蛋黃: 2個, 奶粉: 20克, 玉米澱粉: 95克, 糖粉: 40克, 玉米油: 40克
步驟
1室溫軟化的黃油加糖粉,用電動打蛋器打發至蓬鬆

2加入煮熟的雞蛋黃(可過篩),再分3次加入玉米油,攪勻後再逐次加入下一次

3最後篩入低粉、玉米澱粉跟奶粉

4混合揉拌成麵糰後用保鮮膜包住,放冰箱冷藏一小時

5取出後分成大小均勻的小劑子,大概每個3~4克左右,然後揉圓,放入烤盤內

6送入預熱好的烤箱中層,上下火170度烤10~15分鐘即可,溫度可根據自家烤箱脾氣進行調節
