步驟
1黃油軟化後加入糖粉用刮刀攪拌均勻

2用電動打蛋器打發,黃油體積變大,顏色變白

3雞蛋打散,分5次加入到黃油中,每加一次都要充分攪打均勻,基本上每一次用時一分半鐘

4因為量比較大,我分2次加入低粉,攪拌至看不到乾粉後,再有節奏的翻拌50下,直到麵糊均勻細膩有光澤

5麵糊倒入模具中,170度,烘烤50分鐘左右
