香腸: 6個, 紫甘藍: 30g, 薄荷: 4顆, 橄欖油: 適量, 鹽: 適量, 白醋: 適量, 現磨黑胡椒粉: 適量
步驟
1備好食材:香腸,薄荷,紫甘藍;

2紫甘藍去掉硬梗後撕碎,同薄荷葉一起洗凈;再用淡鹽水浸泡片刻;再將紫甘藍,薄荷洗凈後,用涼白開浸泡片刻;
