韭菜: 500g, 雞蛋: 4枚, 蝦滑: 200g, 麵粉: 700g, 花生油: 100g

1取麵粉適量

2加純凈水,還有牛奶,把麵粉揉成麵糰。

3打雞蛋並將雞蛋炒熟

4將蝦滑和炒蛋混合

6把大麵糰等分成小麵糰,擀成圓形薄餅。

7將拌好的餡料放到麵皮上

8將兩個麵皮合二為一,製成餡餅。若想精緻些還可以用工具將餡餅外側多餘的邊角去掉。

9在電餅鐺中放入少量花生油,把做好的餡餅放入餅鐺
