7等油燒熱後放入生薑,大蒜,八角山奈,小米辣一半,郫縣豆瓣,乾花椒干海椒爆出香味!

8倒入雞塊,繼續翻炒,炒出香味時放入料酒,白糖,醬油,蚝油!繼續翻炒上色!再放點鹽,這樣幾塊才能很快入味!

9待雞塊炒出香味時加入開水沒過雞肉就可以了,大火燒開五分鐘,改為中火慢慢頓!

10待雞肉燉至七八分熟時放入菜瓜,翻均勻,再加點鹽,改為大火燒開!菜瓜煮熟後加入剩下的小米辣,雞精味精調味!
