2將香菜蒜洗凈,香菜切段蒜切末~

3調料汁: 碗內加入精鹽,雞精,糖,醋,料酒,生抽,清水攪拌均勻~

5鍋內倒少許油放入蒜末炒香,倒入清水,轉中小火熬至粘稠,放入荷包蛋燉一會~
