紅色彩椒: 1個, 青椒: 1個, 黃色彩椒: 1個, 精品豬五花肉: 100克(2兩), 醬油: 2茶匙, 鹽: 適量
步驟
1將彩椒清洗乾淨,去掉蒂,掰成小塊備用

2五花肉切成薄片(約2毫米厚),備用

6將彩椒浸入涼水,然後撈出

7在彩椒中撒適量鹽,拌勻。腌10分鐘左右

小技巧
彩椒因為本身比較厚實,所以不容易入味,焯好後用鹽腌一下正好解決了這個問題。
