原料
紅棗(去核): 300g, 核桃仁: 250g, 扁桃仁: 50g, 枸杞: 一小把, 麥芽糖: 330g, 玉米澱粉: 45g, 玉米油: 30g
步驟
1準備好食材,紅棗微波爐用水淹沒,高火5min,讓紅棗便於打碎。枸杞加少量水,微波爐2min。核桃烤箱150度,10min。

2將紅棗打成泥,倒入不粘鍋,同時加入麥芽糖,中火煮沸

3棗泥稍微收干後,將澱粉加水拌勻,分次加入棗泥中,混合均勻,繼續小火熬煮,蒸發水分

4水分繼續蒸發後,分次加入30g玉米油,增加棗泥的光澤。等水分蒸發的同時,攪拌棗泥的阻力越來越大。當棗泥流動狀變成粘稠狀,成團時,熬制到位。

5加入枸杞、扁桃仁、核桃,攪拌
