3將海鹽倒入鍋中,大火燒熱,邊燒可以邊翻動,使受熱更均勻,將燒熱的海鹽盛出一部分待用,此時燒熱的海鹽溫度非常高,所以小心防燙哦

4將清洗過,擦乾的鵪鶉蛋相互間隔一定空間均勻碼放在鍋里

6調製中小火焗15分鐘左右
