原料
中筋麵粉: 200克, 開水: 100克, 鹽: 適量, 蔥花: 隨意, 食用油: 適量, 雞蛋: 2-3個
步驟
1首先把水燒開

2然後用筷子或者刮刀一邊和面一邊加入滾水,攪拌至棉絮的狀態後,再用手揉搓成團

3揉得時候有點燙,要注意哦⚠️......揉至三光狀態(手光,面光,盆光)

4把麵糰分割成三等份,靜置5分鐘

5然後用擀麵杖擀成長形或者橢圓形,刷上一層薄薄的油,撒上蔥花和鹽

6捲起來

7稍微搓幾下,搓成長條,不用搓?️很細長,搓幾下只是為了收口更貼服

8然後把麵糰長條打圈的方式捲成圖片的樣子

9再用擀麵杖擀開,擀薄

10把適量的食用油倒入鍋中加熱一下,然後把麵餅放進鍋中煎煮,拿出一個生雞蛋打開後用碗裝著蛋液,用筷子攪拌,把一半的蛋液倒在麵餅面上,用勺羹的背面在餅面上輕輕塗抹開

11中小火煎2-3分鐘後把麵餅反過來,把剩下的蛋液再加到餅面上用勺羹抹平抹均勻……煎1-2分鐘後再反過來煎30秒即可上碟啦!!

12煎煮的時候要注意火候和麵餅的上色度,一般我用中小火,煎至兩面金黃色即可。
