缸豆: 5、6根, 墨魚滑: 適量, 大蒜: 2、3瓣, 蝦籽: 適量, 蒸魚豉油: 適量, 糖: 適量

步驟

1墨魚滑 去冰 大蒜 去皮 切蒜蓉

2缸豆 洗凈 去兩頭 鹽水滾煮 5分鐘 斷生變色

3墨魚滑 搓成丸子 包裹上缸豆 用牙籤定型

4用蒸鍋 蒸煮5、6分鐘

5熱鍋冷油 油了 放入蒜蓉 爆香 倒入1湯匙蒸魚豉油 加3湯匙水 少量鹽糖 調味

6從蒸鍋中 取出墨魚丸缸豆卷 淋上調味汁 點綴上 即食蝦籽 即可
