小技巧
1、米線先泡軟,撈出瀝水儘量,這樣炒的時候不會太多水 2、米線炒的時候不放水,但是可以噴少許料酒,增味 因為這裡面放蝦了,可以稍稍燜一會兒,別燜糊了啊哈 3、最後各種粉啊料啊,都擱進去,然後大火不停翻炒入味。。嘿嘿 4、用生抽不要用老抽哈。。。老抽顏色太黑了炒出來會。。。。 5、蝦油可以稍稍多放點哦。。。鮮美啊。。。 6、蝦基本上是不入味的,蝦肉是原味,但是就著入味的米線吃,很贊!
