Homemade Baked Egg with Zucchini and Bacon 蔬菜烘蛋

原料

雞蛋: 3隻, 自發粉: 1/2 cup, 橄欖油: 1/4 cup, 西葫蘆: 1根, 培根: 2片, 洋蔥: 1個

步驟

1三個雞蛋打散

2加入1/2杯自發粉,fix

3加入1/4橄欖油,mix

4西葫蘆切丁,mix

5培根切丁,mix

6洋蔥切丁,mix

7一點點鹽和胡椒,因為培根是很鹹的,不要放太多

8170°C預熱烤箱,烤25分鐘

9開吃吧!(❁´◡`❁)*✲゚*

小技巧

洋蔥最後切,因為一開始切後面眼淚嘩嘩的。。。
