原料
低筋麵粉: 100g, 高筋麵粉: 50g, 泡打粉: 4g, 雞蛋: 3個, 色拉油: 8g, 牛奶: 30g, 胡椒粉: 1.6g, 細鹽: 5g, 胡蘿蔔丁: 60g, 芹菜碎: 20g, 烤腸(切丁): 50g
步驟
1先將色拉油放在容器中加熱

2然後分別加入胡蘿蔔、烤腸、芹菜炒勻

3再加入胡椒粉充分炒勻,室溫冷卻備用

4再將色拉油、牛奶混合

5在步驟4中加入胡椒粉攪拌均勻

6將雞蛋加入步驟5中攪拌均勻,再加入細鹽拌勻

7在步驟6中加入混合過篩的低筋麵粉、高筋麵粉、泡打粉,用刮板拌勻

8最後將備用的3加入步驟7中充分攪拌均勻

9入模八分滿,輕震一下
