Lemon Cheese Danish

原料

奶油奶酪(cream cheese): 200g(室溫軟化), 黃油: 25g(室溫軟化), 白糖: 4Tbsps, 香草精: 1tsp, 雞蛋: 1顆, 中筋麵粉: 1Tbsp, 檸檬皮: 2tsps, 酥皮: 1份(250g)

步驟

1預熱烤箱200℃;

2將所有材料混合;

3用電動打蛋器攪打均勻;

4將酥皮展開,擀成長方形。放在烘焙紙上,縱向分成三份,如圖將兩側斜切平行線;

5將攪拌好的奶糊放在酥皮中間的1/3處;

6將兩側切好的條紋交叉式疊起來;

7進烤箱,25分鐘左右,至表面金黃;

8冷卻後,表面撒糖粉,吃。
