小技巧
1.烘烤的時間根據肉丸的大小來決定,最後幾分鐘最好隨時觀察,避免烤焦; 2.沒有空氣炸鍋的話可以直接烤箱烤或者放進油鍋里炸; 3.塗省事或趕時間可以用絞肉機絞,不過如果想肉丸口感好有彈性還是耐心用刀剁哦。
