Tomatokeftedes(by Tessa Kiros)

原料

熟透的番茄: 300g (約3個), 紅洋蔥(切碎): 70g (約1個小的), 薄荷(切碎): 3 tbs, 中筋粉: 100g, 泡打粉: 1 tsp, 橄欖油:

步驟

1番茄去掉柄,切成6瓣,再把每瓣切成4-5塊

2在1中加入洋蔥、薄荷、一半麵粉混合,用鹽和胡椒調味。靜置10分鐘

3剩餘麵粉、泡打粉,加水80ml,做成麵糰。加入2中,混合均勻

4在不沾煎鍋中加熱橄欖油(1.5cm高的量)

5用調羹從3中挖出適中大小的球,放入4的油鍋中炸至變色

6炸好的球撈出來瀝干油。撒上少量鹽。
