【酸辣筍絲 – 下飯菜 飯遭殃之二】                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                 今天在超市發現有袋裝筍絲,想起以前在貴州餐廳有名的酸辣筍絲,又酸又辣,相當下飯。買上一袋,回家自己做個試試吧。                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                               搭配海米椒和上海白米醋,炒出來那是酸中有辣,辣里透著酸,讓人慾罷不能,最後發現米飯蒸少了。                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                               想增加食慾,解饞解辣的朋友,一定要試試哦~                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                記得,米飯要多蒸點啊,嘿嘿……

原料

袋裝筍絲 400g, 小條嫩里嵴 半條, 干辣椒絲, 海米椒, 上海白米醋, 蔥姜蒜, 鹽, 雞精

步驟

1先瀝去筍絲塑料袋中的水,用清水淘洗2次筍絲;

2倒入干辣椒絲、海米椒、蔥姜蒜爆香,然後倒入筍絲翻炒;

3最後調入白醋、鹽、雞精,如果喜歡辣味,可加入泡海米椒的水適量,味道更佳。
