豆腐 300g切小塊, 大蔥 2根切片, 耗油 1茶勺, 生抽 2茶勺, 水澱粉 適量, 干辣椒、油、鹽 適量
1準備食材
2平底鍋倒入一點油把豆腐兩面煎成金黃色備用。
3炒鍋中火燒熱後倒入油,加入大蔥和干辣椒,直到大蔥炒軟,辣椒炒出香味。
4煎好的豆腐倒入鍋中,加入耗油、生抽醬油、鹽調味後再加入適量的水,中火把豆腐燉3-5分鐘。
5等湯汁收到一半以上時加入水澱粉勾芡後就可以出鍋了。
1.大蔥和干辣椒一定用中小火炒,如果用大火蔥和辣椒很容易炒糊。 2.水澱粉勾芡時要等鍋里的湯汁收的差不多了再勾芡。
