原料
鴨腿, 李錦記大廚來蜜汁烤肉醬, 蔥姜, 蒜粉, 肉桂粉 (沒有可不放), 料酒, 生抽, 土豆 或蘋果片, 黑胡椒碎 (我用的黑胡椒粉), 蜂蜜
步驟
1鴨腿洗凈瀝干,背面用刀剖幾條口子

2然後加入李錦記大廚來蜜汁烤肉醬,蔥姜,蒜粉(沒有就放薑絲和蔥段),肉桂粉(沒有可不放),料酒,生抽,充分抹勻後放冰箱,腌制3~4天,期間每天去翻動一次以便入味

3烤箱預熱220度,烤盤內墊錫紙,鋪上土豆或者蘋果片,把鴨腿皮朝下平鋪在上面,表面撒上黑胡椒碎(我用的黑胡椒粉)

4然後入烤箱烤15分鐘

5取出,翻身,刷一遍蜜汁烤肉醬

6改200度烤15分鐘

7取出刷蜂蜜
