原料

菠菜 300g, 雞蛋 2個, 大蔥 適量 切片, 濃縮雞汁 1茶勺, 油、鹽 適量

步驟

1準備食材

2菠菜綽水控干切段

3中火炒鍋倒入油把雞蛋炒熟盛出來備用。

4中火燒熱後倒入一點油,加入大蔥炒出香味,加入菠菜大約煸炒2分鐘後把雞蛋加進去炒勻。

5出鍋前加入雞汁和鹽調味。
