蝦仁 450g, 料酒 1茶勺tsp, 鹽 1/2茶勺tsp, 麵粉 1湯勺tbsp, 玉米澱粉 20-30g, 白鬍椒 1/2茶勺tsp, 雞蛋清 1個
1準備食材
2在一個大碗里放入蝦仁、鹽、白鬍椒、料酒和雞蛋清攪拌,直到蛋白出現一些細膩的泡沫後淹制10-15分鐘。
3將麵粉和澱粉倒入蝦仁中攪拌均勻。
4中火,鍋中倒入適量的油燒制6-7成熱開始炸蝦仁,蝦仁炸至淡淡黃色就可以了
