11後放入泡軟的粉絲大火煮開

小技巧
1酸菜事前最好用清水沖洗一下,不然味道會有些沖。 2花生炒好後留有底油燒熱後爆香蔥薑末,加入一勺辣椒麵和一勺芝麻炒香 3下入酸菜炒香調入適量的白糖,中和酸味 4兌入清水燒開後下入泡軟的粉絲燒開加入適量的豆瓣醬 5最後嘗一下鹹淡再調入食鹽。最後撒上香菜淋少許香油即可
