原料
蛋餃, 鵪鶉蛋, 金針菇, 栗子, 魚圓, 荸薺, 雞腿菇, 蓮藕, 玉米, 蘑菇, 冬筍, 雞肉, 螃蟹, 鴨肉, 牛肉, 爆魚, 蝦, 香菇
步驟
1 鍋中放清水,把雞放入後加幾片生薑;煮開後把水倒掉;

2 鍋中放入幾片生薑先煸炒出香味;

3 加清水,煮開後放入前面焯過水的雞;加點料酒,放入幾根蔥,大火煮開後改小火慢燉1個小時雞湯就熬好了

4 玉米切成塊;

5 冬筍切片後也要焯水;

6 鵪鶉蛋煮熟後去殼;

7 在盆里加入前面熬好的雞湯,可以在放點清水,加點鹽調味;

8 先放一些蔬菜墊在下面,蓮藕,玉米,栗子,蘑菇,浸泡好的香菇等;

9 在上面先圍幾片蓮藕,其實蓮藕既可以煮熟了吃,也可以生吃;

10 圍入煮熟的蝦,蛋餃,牛肉片,冬筍片,雞肉,鴨肉,魚圓,鵪鶉,最上面我放了煮熟的螃蟹,當然只能放得下一隻。
