饅頭或大白饃: 1個, 雞蛋: 2顆, 油: 適量, 鹽: 少許
步驟
1白饅頭切片,不需要很薄,稍微厚些,我的切成了五片!

2熱鍋放油,油比炒菜的量多一點!將饃片依次放入,煎到兩面金黃!

3雞蛋里放少許鹽,打散!

5口味重的朋友也可以在饃片上撒少許鹽,一定要少啊,此步驟可省略!

6雞蛋一面凝固了以後翻面在煎一下!

小技巧
油一定要稍微多放一點,因為饅頭特別的吸油!沒有油的話等會打雞蛋會沾鍋的! 如果饃片上撒鹽的話一定得撒勻了,不然等會你就會吃到一塊特別鹹的!?
