Banana cupcakes with maple browm butter froasting

原料

香蕉(搗爛的): 1 cup, 檸檬汁: 1 T, 麵粉: 1 1/2 cup, 蘇打粉: 1 tsp, 鹽: 1/4 tsp, 黃油: 3/4 stick, 糖: 1 cup, 大雞蛋: 一隻, 香草精: 1 tsp, 品脫牛奶(buttermilk ): 3/4 cup, 頂部製作 】黃油: 1 stick, 頂部製作 】糖粉: 3 cup, 頂部製作 】牛奶: 1/4 cup, 楓糖漿: 3 T

步驟

1在一個小碗裡面混合香蕉和檸檬汁

2在另外一個碗裡面 混合麵粉  鹽 蘇打粉

3在用另外一個碗,打發黃油 至 潤滑顏色 稍變淡

4在3中加入雞蛋 和香草精 混合均勻(注意不要水油分離)

5在 4 中慢慢 加入 2和buttermilk

6加入香蕉混合物  混合均勻

7135度  1小時 ,拿出放涼

8頂部製作 】用鍋子融化黃油,在糖中加入融化黃油和牛奶和楓糖漿  冷後 頂部裝飾香蕉
