扇貝: 20個, 蒜: 1個, 雞精: 少許, 鹽: 少許, 料酒: 少許, 蔥花: 少許, 粉絲: 2捆
步驟
1將扇貝洗乾淨,用一瓶蓋料酒來俺一下

2這貝殼也洗乾淨放一邊

3將浸泡的粉絲用筷子捲起來然後放到貝殼裡

4然後把用料酒浸過的扇貝放到這上面

5碗里放鹽,雞粉,生抽,我放的是味事達味極鮮

6平底鍋里放油爆蒜泥

7爆完的蒜泥倒到這碗裡面

8然後就放到這上面

9現在可以蒸了,大火燒開水,蒸10分鐘就可以了

10然後撒上蔥花,再重新煮一些油淋上去就可以了,我懶得洗鍋,就將剛才爆過蒜泥的鍋煮油
