1黃油取出隔熱水使其融化備用

4加適量高筋麵粉,白糖(甜度依個人口味),揉成麵糰

5揉好的麵糰用手壓成薄片,儘量壓薄,避免烤的時候會膨脹

6放入蛋撻殼,並壓成蛋撻殼形狀。然後用牙籤插成小孔

7制蛋液:取砂糖和水攪拌均勻,並加入打好的蛋液。
