步驟
1準備好雞蛋、西紅柿、肉末

2肉末裡面放食鹽、米酒、水澱粉、大蒜末

3把肉末和肉末裡面所有的材料攪拌均勻

4把調好味道的肉丸搓成丸子,上鍋蒸20分鐘

5雞蛋打散,加入食鹽

6平地鍋放入少許的油,燒熱後,把打散的雞蛋倒入,做成蛋餅

7把攤好的雞蛋皮切成條(我切的太粗了,其實應該是越細越好)

8西紅柿洗乾淨,去蒂,切成片擺在盤中備用

9最後把蒸好的肉丸放在西紅柿上面,把雞蛋條放在肉丸上面,做好造型,最後勾一個薄芡即可
