Sausages with mashed potatoes

原料

土豆: 煮熟壓成泥, 青豆: 若干, 英國大肉腸: 1-2條

步驟

1對,這道不是今天要介紹的菜譜,因為單吃土豆我覺得好㖃

2一般的mash是不加cheese的,可我偏要加,因為我愛吃!土豆泥(記得用大土豆不要用baby potato)在壓泥的時候加入鹽,黃油和牛奶,最上層鋪上cheddar cheese(這個類別的cheese比較拉絲,沒有臭味)入烤箱220度20分鐘,上層金黃就嘖嘖啦

3煮熟小青豆,炸上小肉腸,裝盤,你就成功啦!你可能會說這不就是吃原材料麼?你答對了!偶爾少放調料,吃天然的美味食材,也可以嘖嘖嘖
