原料
酸筍: 適量, 豆豉: 適量, 牛肉: 300克, 蒜: 3瓣, 姜: 2片, 油: 適量, 料酒: 適量, 澱粉: 適量, 番茄: 半個, 鹽: 適量
步驟
1新鮮牛肉切薄片,加適量澱粉,料酒腌製備用

2西紅柿切片,蒜瓣拍碎,姜和酸筍切絲,拿出豆鼓備用

3加熱炒鍋把酸筍放入干炒,炒出香味

4倒入適量的油,把薑絲,蒜蓉,豆鼓依次放入鍋內煸炒出香味

5再放入西紅柿,繼續炒炒炒

6最後倒入腌好的牛肉,加適量的鹽,醬油,黑胡椒,喜歡吃辣的可以再加些辣椒,大火翻炒片刻就可以出鍋啦

7牛肉一定要切成薄片,這樣吃起來才會又嫩又滑,入鍋不要炒太久,只要肉片變色就馬上關火噢
