1大黃米泡水5小時或過夜;

2放入開水鍋稍煮片刻至熟; (煮到米一捏既碎,千萬不要把米煮糊化,煮熟還要粒粒分明的程度)

3煮好立即瀝水;

4墊上屜布,米鋪上。上鍋蒸10-15分鐘後,晾涼;

5堅果放入保鮮袋壓碎,混入少於紅糖為內陷; (不加內陷可省略此步)

6帶上一次性手套,把內陷包入。放在保鮮膜上晾一夜;

7上油1-2分鐘鍋炸至表面金黃,多餘的量可儲藏;

8晾涼後擺在碗內上鍋蒸7-8分鐘,擺放時在甜丸上均勻撒紅糖。上汽3分鐘後往碗里倒入少量水,使糖融化成糖漿均勻沾在每個甜丸上;

9蒸好倒扣在盤裡即可。糖漿不夠可以鍋內加少量水放入紅糖,熬成糖漿淋上。
