Vegetable Gyudon

原料

Beef Slices: 160g, Onion, 順紋切絲: 100g, 魔芋絲, 切短: 100g, Carrot,切薄片: 30g, King Oyster Mushroom: 50g, Okra, 切塊: 3 只, Broth: , Dashi: 1/4 tsp powder + 150ml 水, Soy Sauce: 2 tbsp, Sugar: 2 tbsp, Sake: 1 tbsp, Mirin: 1 tbsp, 姜,切細絲: 10 g, For serving: , 白飯: , pickled ginger:

步驟

1魔芋絲切短,洋蔥順紋切絲,胡蘿蔔切薄片,秋葵切到bite-size pieces。蘑菇分為小塊。

2In pan, 混合dashi stock 150ml, 2 tbsp sugar, 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp sake, and 1 tbsp mirin. 加入薑絲。 開中小火的同時,加入魔芋絲和除秋葵外的蔬菜。煮到胡羅卜軟。

3加入牛肉。至變色。加入秋葵。

4飯上,依次放上蔬菜和肉,並加入一些湯,最後加pickled ginger。
